When did you last slooow down?

In July's Unconventional Leaders event Veronica Lillo-Roith took us through an exercise to tap into our intuition to help us make a decision or decide on a next step.

What came up for me was a clear answer to take a two-day retreat with my business, away from the busy day-to-day and to work ON the business, not in it, for a spell.

Of course I put that to one side, went on a working holiday down to England, and busied myself with the day-job, networking and socialising. Secretly I didn't think I would ever make time for the retreat.

But it seems my gut had other ideas. I came back thoroughly worn out and just enough run down - that it felt good to spend a whole two days holed up in my apartment, alone, without calls, and catch up on an inspirational course I had bought 18-months ago that didn't feel right at the time, but met me at just the right place this week.

I am now well rested, clear headed and inspired with ideas to accelerate my income, influence and impact on the world.

Turns out NOT listening to your intuition doesn't work out for long....

If deep down your gut is telling you to slow the heck down for a spell, what's stopping you? And what if you did it anyway?!

And if you missed July's Unconventional Leaders event, it's ALL GOOD as the session was so great, we're running it again on August 17th - sign up here
