5 Christmas gifts to carry into 2026

Five powerful reflections from 2025 to help you move into 2026 with more ease, clarity and intention.

What lessons are you taking with you into the new year?

The end of the year offers a natural pause. Not a push to do more, but an opportunity to notice what’s already been learned.

From a quiet moment in Northern Thailand, I’ve been reflecting on the year just gone. 2025 has been a cracking year – more easeful and joyful than usual, and just as fruitful. That didn’t happen by accident. It came from trusting a different way of being and leading.

Rather than goals or resolutions, I want to share five small Christmas gifts. These are the lessons I’m carrying forward into 2026, and perhaps one or two will resonate with you, too.

These 5 Christmas gifts from 2025 are the result of a year in which I prioritised ease, space, and intentionality – and each one has shifted how I show up and lead.

5 Christmas gifts from 2025

  1. Don’t worry.

Not only is it a waste of time, it only ever gets in the way of my happiness.

  2. Take the pressure off.

Not only does it hurt (or at least not feel nice), but it also doesn’t create better results.

  3. Create space and then add freedom.

Space is useful. Freedom is what allows you to actually enjoy it.

  4. Success doesn’t exist.

It is all made up. There’s nowhere to get to, yet you can go after whatever you want.

  5. An open invitation.

If you’d like to start 2026 feeling clearer, calmer, and more intentional, I’d love to spend some time with you in January.

Q&A

Why share these reflections publicly?

Because this time of year naturally invites reflection, and these lessons feel worth sharing. They’ve shaped how I lead, live and work, and may offer a gentle pause for others too.

What if I’m not feeling reflective right now?

That’s completely fine. These ideas aren’t instructions or expectations. They’re here for whenever you’re ready to slow down and take stock.

What happens on the January call?

It’s a calm, supportive conversation focused on you – where you are, what’s feeling important, and what you want to move towards next.

Wishing you a spacious end to the year, and a beautiful beginning to whatever’s next.
