How to Lead a Movement, Positively.



Some people are happy to go to work, earn money, come home and put the dinner on. Those people are lovely I’m sure, and they’re not my people.


My people are working on and passionate about something that’s far bigger than them – are you one of them?

I'm sure, like me, there are elements of your leadership you have strengths in, others you are working on, and some you have blind spots and insecurities about. That's OK, you're human.
